SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY FEES

Europe

  • Free Shipping on all orders
  • No minimum purchase required

International Orders (Outside Europe)

  • Standard International Shipping: €10
  • Free International Shipping on orders over €80

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.


ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 Business Days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note:

  • Processing times are separate from shipping times.
  • During high-demand periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties;
  • import taxes;
  • VAT;
  • handling fees;
  • other local government charges.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Vertture Health is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Vertture Health is not liable for:

  • lost packages marked as delivered;
  • delays caused by carriers;
  • incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers;
  • customs-related delays;
  • stolen packages after delivery.

If your package experiences an unusual delay, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • failed delivery attempts;
  • refusal to pay customs fees;
  • unclaimed packages;
  • incorrect address information;

the package may be returned or destroyed by the carrier.

In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.


ORDER DELAYS

If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide updated delivery estimates.

For EU and UK customers:
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
